Activate Your Card – MyindigoCard
If you have not activated your Card, you need to activate it for online access before using it for online transactions. As the accountholder (the primary person who applied for the Myindigocard), when you register, activate your card and sign in to Account Center, you have 24/7 online access to the following Account Management tools:
- Make your Myindigocard payment online
- Manage payment and account settings
- Update your stored personal information
- Choose paperless billing
- Add an authorized buyer
- Ask for an increased credit limit
- Check current balance
- See available credit amount
- View current and past transactions
- View current and past statements
- View scheduled and past payments
- Send them a question via Secure Message Center
One can activate the Platinum Mastercard either online or via phone. Here is the entire procedure for both methods:
MyIndigoCard com Activate Through the website
- Go to the MyindigoCard Login portal and log in with your Username and Password. If you do not have the Username and Password, then register your card on the same portal (see the procedure above).
- Once logged in, if your card was not activated earlier, the system will automatically ask you to create a PIN (Personal Identification Number) for your credit card.
- Once you have created the PIN, hit the Activate button to activate your card.
MyIndigoCard com activate Through the phone:
- Dial the number given by the company and make sure that you communicate directly to the concerned representative.
- Provide the information asked by the rep.
- You will be told by the representative that your card is activated successfully.
